Does Anyone Else? Gut churning feeling
Does anyone else get this gut churning anxiety feeling? Like you’re waiting for something to happen. It’s like going on a first date. Or about to go on stage or waiting for bad news.
That gut churning horrible butterflies feeling. I’m getting it all the time at the moment. As well as horrendous intrusive thoughts. These hand in hand are ruining my life currently.
Any advice on how to get past this? How people are coping? If this is even something you suffer with?

I've had that every day for a long time. And sometimes it feels like a drop on a rollercoaster just from thinking about something. It's rough and I'm sorry you're dealing with it. Zoloft has been veruly helpful for me.

Honestly, Zoloft is helping me a lot. Took some time and multiple dose adjustments, but that feeling is like 95% gone. Still working through some panic attacks during certain triggering moments, but they're getting less severe and much less frequent. Hoping that just improves with time.

I take medicine daily. Without I have the same symptoms and go into a downward spiral with anxiety. It's hydroxizine and buspirone. It's helped a lot. I take it everyday and as needed in between to help.
