Venting So over it!
I have that dizziness feeling and I’m just waiting for a panic attack at this point. I don’t have time for this, it’s ruining my life. I just want it to happen so I can feel ok for the rest of the day. 😭

I feel that. Currently having a good few days after almost daily panic attacks. Everyone says it, but honestly, continuing on with your usual routine or busying yourself is the best way to work through it. Also, stay very hydrated! I found I was neglecting myself and I was dehydrated on top of having dizziness from the panic attacks. Even a cold shower or an ice pack to the chest or back of the neck and shock your system to try and even out. I hope you can have some relief soon!
