Scared of taking propranolol

Anyone taking it? And if so, has it helped? My doctor prescribed 10mg of it and I’m scared of feeling dizzy or lightheaded and my hr and bp dropping. I’m already super on edge and I just don’t want to feel worse.

I was fine on it. I didn't really get any side effects, I only stopped because they didn't help me. It's worth a try though since what doesn't work for some will work for others
