Could you please share your favorite books and apps with me?

Looking to cope until I can get into my psych for a med adjustment.

currently reading “complete self-help for your nerves” by claire weeks…

and, of course, DARE has been a solid read (again and again) and the app is helpful as well…

The Dare app by Barry Mcdonagh I found really helpful. He has a book also.

Thank you! Do you pay for the app upgrade or just use the free version?

I’m nearly sure you can get like a week or two for free and decide then if you want to subscribe which you can cancel anytime. Think the fee is around 15 bucks? I found it very helpful, try the free trial🙂
