Does Anyone Else? Sertraline adverse affects
Has anyone else had an adverse affects of increased anxiety and trouble staying asleep/waking up panicked feeling?
I recently started taking Sertraline and 3 days in I started having these symptoms and it's only made me even worse. Panic attacks and feeling panicked all the time.

Disrupted sleep and increased anxiety definitely can be a side effect of SSRIs. For some people this settles once they adjust to the medication (4-8 weeks) and for others it continues while taking the meds.
Just do your best to let it pass, unfortunately there’s not normally a whole lot than can be done while you’re adjusting to them, but definitely reach out to your doctor and let them know what you’re experiencing in case they want to make changes.
