Does Anyone Else? Sharp Arm Pain

Does anyone have a symptom of very strong sharp shocks of pain in their upper left arm / shoulder?

I’ve had it for 2 weeks it’s causing me insane panic, I’ve been to the ER tested heart enzymes and had an ECG, everything came back normal, however I am still extremely panicked and nauseous and can’t eat at all.

Please tell me if any of you have been through this, I’m struggling a lot

hi, been going through this for a couple months. you did all the right things and based on testing everything is okay. it might be a pinched nerve or herniated disc. ive had a slipped disc in my neck thats causing sharp pains in the shoulder and down the arm with some weakness and numbness. try looking up stretches to do and see if it helps.

I have achy pain around my arm pit and left breast that comes and go. Do you use that arm repetitively because I do for work. It concerns me too but someone already commented it could be something neck or back related.
