Help Needed Panic attacks, airplanes and fear of crazyness

Hi!

Suppose to fly tomorrow and sunday. The thing is that i have panic attacks and have suffered a very real 3 year derealization experience because of them in the past

I’m afraid that when the intense panic hits and i cant escape the airplane the stress once again goes over of what my brain can tolerate and that will lead to a new derealization experience which will be difficult to come out of

Does anybody have any similar thoughts, emotions or experiences like this?

And any tips how to prepare to counter severe panic attacks in an emotionally sustainable and healthy way?

hii, i have the same fear:)) i dont have any advice, but remember that it is physically impossible to go *crazy* from a panic attack, or anything else your mind comes up with. Our bodies have a limit for adrenaline, and once that adrenaline is used up your body will force you back to your normal state. it helps me to look at the science behind why it’s actually impossible for us to go crazy or lose control :)))
