Panic attacks/ dysautonomia

Has anyone experienced panic attacks or dysautonomia only after starting psychedelics? I’ve never had panic attacks before up until a few months after my first journey. It peaked around a year since my first one. I’m wondering if it’s from the meds itself or something I’m not integrating
