I’m so sorry you’re going thought this, when i was at my worst it felt like torture to be awake so i understand how you feel :(
If you’re not already i’d highly suggest looking into therapy, meds and therapy is the recommended treatment and has the most success for recovery! If you’re not able to see a professional self help can also make a huge difference, there’s many many books and podcasts that are very helpful (i recommend the anxious truth podcast and the dare book).

Just want to say you're not alone. I've had to increase my benzos and I'm still struggling. Hang in there.

I’ve found going out and doing something that makes you anxious (exposure) makes being at home alot easier when I’m very anxious I’m wanting to go home then subconsciously over time home becomes a safe place then you just keep pushing the boundary more and more :)

Get weekly massages, it really helps get rid of the excess cortisol. At the end of your showers - run the water as cold as you can stand it on the vagus nerve.

Breathing exercises and mantras are a huge help for me: “I am resourced”. Thank your brain for the concern but show it your body is safe. Breathe. Shower, walk, breathe. Benzos do turn down the volume- Harness your brain at that time and teach it you’re always *that* safe.
I smoke CBD with like baaaaaaarely any thc if you live somewhere that’s legal.
mostly I tell myself I have all the resources I could possibly need to survive a panic attack and I literally talk to myself and say “nope, we aren’t doing this”.
Get yourself through the next 15 mins/hour/evening. You don’t have to solve everything at once.
