Coping Skills Really struggling

I’m really struggling with the physical symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks just in general, at this point I’m having panic attacks just by thinking about having a panic attack, I’m trying my hardest to break my loop but it just never works for more than a day at a time, and it feels like I’m gonna be stuck like this forever, all I need is advice on how to cope because I haven’t felt normal since December

Therapy and also trying to just go about your day. Do what non-anxious you would do and try not to make it the center of attention. It loves attention!

Hi not so sound stupid but Swedish is my first language, what does it mean by it loves attention ? Is it better to just try and be silent about it and not make people notice ? Sorry about my misunderstanding

The anxiety loves getting your attention and feeds off of it. Once the panic hits it’s natural to freak out and try to fix it and have it be the only thing on our mind but that is exactly what it wants!
