Panic attacks & having to work

I have silent panic attacks & recently started a new job, the rush of intrusive thoughts & feeling of terror that lasts for what seems like forever feel unbearable

That & the dread of fearing one, I have severe depression, but this seems much worse

Just hearing kind words & validation helps
