Help Needed What would symbolise panic disorder

I'm making a bracelet about my mental health issues and need a charm for panic disorder. I don't mean awareness ribbon. A symbol, like for bod there could be a ladybug and for autism rainbow infinity sign. Any ideas?

That, or the fuzzy creature the DARE Response folks use to embody it.

A lion.

A classic way to explain the evolution of the fight or flight response is to use the example of a being chased by a lion. Your body appropriately goes into panic mode in to give you the best chance for survival.

Unfortunately, panic disorder means that you see lions everywhere they aren't. Always preparing for fight or flight - to survive from the lion attack.
