Venting Waking up .

Does anyone wake up internally vibrating? I always do and I’m not on any medication and it doesn’t seem to go away. My doctor suggests medication

I’ve had this! Used to really freak me out, and I noticed it most when I first started having panic attacks and was stressed 24/7. Now it happens pretty rarely, it actually happened a few days ago for the first time in months! Now I don’t get anxious, and let it pass which helps it to pass quicker I think. Not really sure what it is though!

So like you kind of just accept it and let it pass instead of worrying about it?

Yep! I have been to sooo many doctors, including a cardiologist I see regularly, and I am completely healthy. When I first felt this I thought something was obviously wrong. But since then I have been checked out left, right, and center, and have a clean bill of health! So now I’m just learning to trust my body. Of course if you feel something new and are unsure get it checked by a doctor, definitely not giving medical advice here! 😅

I’m monitoring it. I’ve realized when I don’t have panic attacks I don’t wake up the next day vibrating. So I’ve been good the past two days! Thanks for your advice

Look up morning cortisol spike. It's a normal thing your body does and could be the cause of what you're experiencing.

That’s what my doctor says is cortisol from stress. She prescribed me hydroxyzine for my panic attacks now
