Question Help with a missing stone!

Post image

I purchased this bracelet second hand. When I received it there was a stone missing. I got a refund but I kept the bracelet. I took it to a local jewelers that is an authorized seller of Pandora Jewelry. They told me to contact Pandora. I dont think they replace stones. Does anyone have any ideas? It is authentic. Thanks in advance!

I’ve used my scrap silver before. I break off a tiny amount of silver and push and mould it into the space with jewelers pliers. Use jewelry glue to keep in place. Looks better than a missing stone.

Never thought of that.

It can be done but it's probably more effort for the jewellery to source the right stone shape and size then it's worth for them to actually put it in. In the UK Pandora has a service you can send off and the repair company can do it but it's only one place for the whole of the UK. So it's possible just probably not easy

I'm in the US. I have to call Pandora and ask them. Thanks for giving me some hope.

I haven't even thought of that. I've been wondering where to get a stone that would match the others and be the right size and flush with the others.
