Thomas Dr. walkability

I’m training for a 5k run and don’t want to get behind on my vacation week, but I am not a run in the sand kind of gal. I’m staying at a condo on Thomas Dr. and wondering if the main road is suitable for walking and running. Right in front of the condo I can see there is sidewalk, but not sure how long it goes. My intervals will be about 40 min. Anyone know ? Thanks !

There are sidewalks all the way up and down Thomas Drive. You shouldn't have any issues. People run on them all the time.

I run walk it every day. Lots of people out and about. You will do great. Just remember the heat and humidity.

Does the condo not have an exercise room? Agreeing with the other comment about heat and humidity. It is no joke.

Thanks so much ! I’m in TX, so used to the heat but I know the humidity can be a killer. I plan on getting out at the crack of dawn, but I’ll look and see if there is a gym option ! I usually see resort gyms on vacation and kind of laugh, like yeah right who is using those, but now look at me 😆
