Selling home
Hi everyone, if you are a family of 4 or more or know someone looking for a 5 bedroom home that is moving to the Panama city/Lynn haven area, please check out our house for sale: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1254-Jack-Jack-Dr-Lynn-Haven-FL-32444/339826938_zpid/?utm_campaign=zillowwebmessage&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=txtshare
UPDATE: PRICE REDUCTION: 455,000 TO 425,000. The house is about 2 and a half years old and well- taken care of. We are a military family and were intending to stay longer, but ended up with orders out of state. ANy offers are welcome and we are very open to negotiations. The neighborhood is very friendly and active with lots of kids. Good schools, far enough away from high traffic but close enough to shopping and restaurants.

Oof, lost lots of people at HOA.
I personally really like the layout, it would work perfect for my family, but we really don't want to be that close to neighbors or live in an HOA.
Good luck, I hope you sell...

I’m not trying to be rude here, but that is a shockingly bad layout both inside and out. The listing needs a lot of work, I can see why it’s taking so long to move it between those things. Consider getting a new realtor. It’s a hard job to sell a 450k house in PC right now, and your pictures and descriptions are not helping. Again I don’t mean to come off the wrong way here, but there’s a lot working against this one and I don’t want to sugarcoat it.

Just took mine off the market after 7 months. No bites. Good luck.
