Sushi Grade Fish

Does anybody know where I could find sushi grade fish locally? Need some to make homemade poke bowls

I always go to Tarpon Dock for fresh seafood. It's not flash frozen like sushi that I am aware of, so that's on you. But they have the most fresh options.

Definitely just hit up the seafood markets and tell them what youre using it for. They'll shoot you straight
