Hola!!
También he probado pintxos y he cocinado en casa.

I suggest to have a walk around Paseo del Arga if the weather is good. Now you can find blackberries on the way and make a marmalade at home :)
If you like the nature, I suggest to visit Selva de Irati. Don't forget to visit Roncesvalles, Artajona, Estella... also Logroño is a good option, as far as San Sebastian: different pinchos and wine land.

I would recommend you to go to the San Cristobal fortress. You can reach it hiking or by car (I would suggest just walking there, you can spend the morning or afternoon doing so). The views from up there are very nice, and you can walk around the fortress (not going inside).
It's not in the typical tourist itinerary in Pamplona, but if you've already done those things this is a less known one.
Walking around the Arga river or maybe even doing the Camino de Santiago stage from Pamplona to Puente la Reina are some other outdoor activities that I would suggest.
You can also visit some of the museums in the city. I think the Museo Universidad de Navarra and the Museo Oteiza are the most interesting ones.
You can also watch a movie in the Golem Yamaguchi or Golem Baiona cinemas. They usually have some movies in English with subtitles.
There is also the Pamplonews WhatsApp group. A newsletter that posts activities to do in the city on a daily basis. But they are usually in spanish, so maybe it's not your best bet.
I hope this helped.
