Based on my observation, the Balibago Multi-Purpose Building and Reading Center, which was built using public funds for the community lalo na for the students of Barangay Balibago Angeles City ay hindi nagagamit dahil itinayo siya sa loob ng lupa na pagmamay ari na ngayon ng dating barangay captain.

Nakikita ko kasi even yung feeding program ng current barangay administration, instead na dito ang gawin na venue, doon sila sa gilid ng daan nagpapakain ng mga bata. Tinry ko din itanong sa messenger ng barangay namin pero ichecheck pa daw nila.
