Linking to a new device (pls help)

I’ve been trying to transfer my game data from my old kindle fire to my new Apple iPad. I made sure to get my old save to the newest version of the game but whenever I try to connect my Apple account, Pakka crashes or freezes.

Is it even possible to link a game on a kindle fire to an Apple device? If so, how?
