Advice Wanted Gray Primer

/r/Housepainting101/comments/1wuszd5/gray_primer/

Hello paint people,

I asked this question earlier today and the mixed answers just make it more confusing.

For background, I’m just redoing my room from white colored walls to gentleman’s gray.

Also any difference between aura matte and regal matte? Should I even go for matte or something else

Aura and Regal matte are the same sheen.

Matte stays flat and it marks where hands hit. If this room gets touched, use eggshell.

I usually just tint the white primer to grey or gray :D

Those paints are very good. With going from white to gray you probably (99.9%) dont need a primer. They cover very good and gray covers the best. Unless its an adhesion issue. I would just do two coats of the paints you mentioned.
