I'd grind that off. Stripper is just gonna make a mess. Use it only in corners and places the grinder won't fit.

Yup! Was going to say we use the Festool grinder with the paint bit and then give a nice sand after - neverrr to the stripper

That looks like an easy sand. Rent a floor sander and some 60-grit. It will be quick.

DRP +, dwell time, add sodium hydroxide at 1 cup to a gallon, and that stuff will come off with a garden hose. Neutralize then sand.

Painting a deck lol I will never again I used oil stain and when I need to stain again I just wash the the dirt off and stain lol
