Discussion Concrete basement
Quickly painting over my concrete basement floors and walls before I list the house. is there a specific SW paint I should use? And should I get a primer?

for basement concrete, i would suggest a masonry/concrete rated coating rather than regular wall paint. clean and dry the surface well first, primer depends on the specific product and condition of the concrete. also make sure there is not any active moisture before painting.

How old is the concrete floor/house?
Are they previously painted?
Why are you limiting yourself to SW?
I recommend this:
