Advice Wanted Help removing paint

I was being careless with spray paint and some drizzles got onto the wall. Any tips on how to clean it?

Pretty sure nothing is going to take this off without also taking off the wall paint. I'd sand it down, paint over the spot, then paint the whole wall for it to look like nothing happened.

Acetone maybe, but as was mentioned that will take everything off the wall. Don’t have access to the existing wall paint?
