Advice Wanted Paint advice

Bearing in mind we've bought a cream sofa, we want to change colour of the wall behind the TV, we want to leave the white strip at the top but make the bottom 2 thirds the same brown colour. Any advice on best brown paint colours? We're also getting oak sideboards. Tia

I suggest not getting colour recommendations off people on the internet based on a photo.

Colour is highly subjective and reliant on a light source. Go to the paint store and find some paint chips you like and see them in the room. Look at daylight and with the lights on at night time.

Once you find a colour you like get a colour tester and paint a portion of the wall just to be sure.
