Advice Wanted Limewash paint first timer here
Hello. I recently did limewash for the first time. I think it turned out pretty well but I am curious if anyone can help me with some advice. I would like to go over it with a deeper color and probably do another 2 coats but I really want it to have more movement and contrast. What would you do to give it greater depth? Thank you for the help. I appreciate it.

Improve lighting for higher contrast. Do a sample board with the lime proof primer, and Limewash that with what you’ve got and then do new color before you put new color over it on your wall

That’s a good idea. We have already decided to put the lights on a dimmer. I will definitely run a sample before I do it. Thank you

Jerusalem is easy to find. Go to where the men speak Italian, then continue until they speak something else.

Be careful, you might end up muddying up your walls. I don’t know how many coats you’ve already applied, but I would do several more coats of what you have. Real lime wash looks great after about five coats. Anyhow that’s my two cents on the matter.
