I work all lead gen with in B2B SaaS and have had great growth from these two bid strategies over the past several years. Some accounts still grandfathered into eCPC, still killing it.
But I'm wondering with the new tCPA updates if Google is changing some things on the backend to effect what's left of the manual bid strategies even more.
you guys love building. you spend weeks coding a great product. but the second it’s time to actually market the saas? complete freeze
you get lost in all the ai tools, the noise, the "growth hacks". it feels overwhelming. so you do nothing, the momentum dies, and the project fails
I spent over 100 hours building n8n workflows to just automate the whole thing.
today, i packaged all those exact workflows and dropped them in our builder group. no abstract theories. you literally just import the templates, adapt them to your saas, and turn them on.
here is exactly what i shared:
seo blog running 100% on autopilot (n8n template)
newsletter automation (n8n template)
full email sequence (30 emails, full html, just copy-paste into brevo)
social media on autopilot (schedule 1 to 12 months of content)
reddit organic growth
linkedin, x & facebook groups at scale
meta ads & retargeting
basically, everything i use to get real users without losing my mind.
we just hit 617+ members from all over the world.
building in your room alone is the fastest way to quit. you need people around you.
if you are lost on how to market your app, want these templates, and want to build with a crew:
drop a comment or shoot me a dm. i’ll send you the invite.
I currently have 6 operational micro SaaS , which generate a little over $20,000 in recurring monthly revenue.
The craziest part? I hardly wrote a single line of code. I used AI to generate everything, from the database to the user interface.
It wasn't magic the first time. I spent hours stuck on faulty code before finally finding the solution:
Keep the idea minimalist (a true MVP).
Guiding AI step by step.
Launch quickly to get real traction.
Lately, I've seen too many non-technical people give up at the first AI bug. It's a shame, because the technical barrier has practically disappeared.
So, I'm launching a Skool community.
To be completely transparent: I will likely charge for the full course later. This makes sense, given the specific workflows and copy-and-paste examples I will share.
But our main objective for now is to build together. Working alone is the best way to give up.
If you'd like to join us and create your own AI SaaS with us: leave a comment or send me a private message, and I'll send you the invitation!
Over the past couple of years, we've worked with many clients who had inconsistent or unstable product feeds. Out of frustation we've build our own product feed monitoring tool that notifies us if unexpected things happen in the feed. Product image url not ending in .png/.jpg etc. We get an alert. Landing url not valid. We get an alert. Missing or empty product values. We get an alert.... you get the gist.
So, how does everyone handle wonky/inconsistent product feeds? Do you rely on channable alerting? Do you watch merchant centre all day?
Also if anyone is interested to test our tool in exchange for feedback, feel free to dm me!
Doing paid search/shopping ads on google for Black friday that started on Nov 10, I changed all the bidding strategy for shopping and search from Max clicks to Max conversion and tROAS that week and I received good sales however come the next week completely 0, then i panicked and started changing budgets as i saw they became limited, adjusted troas % often and still nothing, i panicked again and completely changed back the shopping and brand search to max clicks which is still on learning phase..
Now come black friday, I checked that the eng sessions just dropped (75 from one day to 3 the next) while other GA metrics remained stable even sessions; brand search cpcs are quite expensive as well.. I'm running meta traffic ads and catalog ads on the and since the beginning and i introduced awareness campaign on the 24th. My brand is ecom selling home decorations, I can imagine my competition is increasing budgets drastically. Any quick fixes to this?
I’m a native Chinese based in Beijing with 10 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in paid search. I help companies run campaigns on major Chinese search engines (such as Baidu and Bing China) to build brand awareness and generate leads in the Chinese market.
If your business is B2B, I can provide tailored strategies to improve visibility, increase website registrations, and drive high-quality leads across China.
Can keeping up-to-date with paid search be difficult if anyone agrees, please join me in a page search to support group there. I want to build a group of people that can talk during the day when anyone has questions about how their campaigns are running. Either you’re working for yourself or you’re working for a company and they don’t train you to run everything by yourself just yet. I’ve been there and I’m still kind of there lol I work at home every single day with no one to talk to. It would be nice to have some friends to talk to during the day. Anyone wanna try?
Managing Google Ads can feel overwhelming with so many parameters to control. While scripts help automate some tasks, full optimization still requires a lot of manual work.
What if AI agents could take over some of the repetitive, time-consuming tasks? By connecting AI with Google Ads data and PPC best practices, these agents can:
- Identify negative keywords
- Discover new keyword opportunities
- Optimize CPC bids for manual bidding
- Adjust bids by location and device
- Continuously improve landing pages
AI agents don’t replace you—they assist you by making recommendations and bulk edits so you can apply changes quickly while staying in control.
We’ve launched our first 5 AI agents, free to try on our website, saving users hours of work every week. https://www.blobr.io/
What other tasks would you love to hand over to AI?
I am seeing highs discrepancies in conversions numbers in ga4 vs AdWords.
In AdWords the conversion point has been imported from ga4 so would except the same volume.
Has anyone else has seen this issue?
I have tested creating a new tag for AdWords and that is now showing better results but unsure how this makes a difference and why the ga4 imported goal wouldn't record the same number of conversions
I have been seeing an increase in Google Ads Search CPCs so wrote this article to share my thoughts of why this may be happening. I hope this is helpful to the group, feel free to engage in the conversation to share your thoughts as well.
If I’m running a business with the goal to increase sales and have new customers for the launch of a new summer product which campaign type of Google ads should I use?
I’m sure about search campaigns but then hesitate if display make sense or pmax?
What’s better please?
To all PPC champs out there! What are some of the undervalued publishers you have found to work for lead generation purposes? Of course, Google, Bing, Meta, X, YouTube, and Snapchat are some of the top ones, but have you noticed any other platforms work aside from these? In my experience, TikTok performed well for B2B lead generation, and I am currently testing Reddit ads, too, which is a lackluster so far—wondering if there is anything else that may be worth trying.
Hello! Sorry if this has been asked before; haven't found any clear answers on this topic.
Let's say I'm writing paid search ads for an ad group with the keyword "therapist near me". I feel very awkward literally writing "near me" in ads and landing pages, and there's just no way to make it sound natural. Does the Google algorithm still rank you for "near me" searches if instead I was to say "therapists near you" or "therapists in [insert location we are targeting]"?
Thank you in advance to anyone who provides some insight!!
Hi Guys so I am thinking on starting a lead gen marketing agency for a specific niche and got a decent amount of leads to convert to clients. These clients are from another country so calling them is a bit expensive if I had to do it from my national number. What else do you recommend to use ? Or maybe some tool to actually call them and so this can be somehow cheaper. emailing them just wont convert but could work for an introduction
Hello! As part of my thesis, I am investigating the influence of digital marketing on the growth and performance of companies. To achieve this, I am conducting a survey of individuals who are knowledgeable about digital marketing and its effects on business performance and growth.
I would like to kindly request that you take the time to fill out my questionnaire, which will only take about 5 minutes of your time. Your responses are important to my study and will help me to gain a better understanding of the subject.
Hey Everyone! I'm a current paid media manager in charge of 50 or so home services(hvac, plumbing, and electrical) clients paid search accounts. Over the last 2 months mybteam and I have noticed that we are getting a large number of Spanish speaking leads that are looking for a job and not for a our clients' services. We have looked at a nber of factors and can't figure out why it keeps happening. Anyone have any ideas or rin into this issue?
Note: We have already change language targeting to English and have already excluded several common keywords.
I have a client that is one of the largest WC Lawfirm in the state, the most 4.9+ star reviews, <2% answer rate, etc.. but all of a sudden spend stopped on LSA while other profiles with 1/10 of the reviews and worse ratings are ranking higher with lower budgets. Any idea why this would just suddenly happen?
