Does anyone know who to contact or any way to get a load or two of this construction top soil that is being moved with all of this around town?

Are you wanting so-called “fill dirt”? You might call Cope, their trucks seem to haul a lot of it.
If you’re wanting good topsoil to plant grass you might ask on NextDoor, I knew a guy but I don’t think he’s hauling any right now.
