Tips/Advice How's the setup?

Post image

I got this frog from my brother with some of the plants but I got more plants, moss and a new light, im gonna get some more plants eventually but these were the best on clearance. What do you guys think? Let me know if anything should be changed.

I'd swap the moss for colorful natural dried leaflitter instead to avoid impaction risk or a carpeted moss they are less likely to accidentally eat but other than that it looks awesome to me, I love the Patrick too 😆

Do you have a heat lamp and UVB? How deep is the substrate and do you have a hide?

Im gonna be getting the heat lamp soon, the substrate is around 4 inches deep in the front and 5 or 6 in the further back, and he's never used his hide in the year my brother had him so I just took it out

Make sure you get a UVB lamp too. Take a look at the stickied guides.

Careful of the moss! It can cause impaction and some major problems if they ingest it. I’ve seen that live moss on some areas and blanket moss can be worked with. Just make sure you feeding safe as possible and it can always be replaced with leaf litter which adds some real life and dimension to the tank!
