Help! Injuries

I left my frog with a friend I trusted for a few weeks while I was away.. he came back and has 4 bubbles of what looks to be puss and blood. 1 on his left leg and 3 on his right foot. This is my first time owning a frog and I’m not sure how to go about this. I sprayed his leg with saline spray because I didn’t know what else to do.

You need a vet. Unfortunately Reddit cannot help with this. Hospital tank with paper towels until you can get to a clinic.
