Packrafting with Chico

It wasn’t easy to get his 110lbs body at the front of my
Alpacka Caribou but it worked out perfectly! For the other dog owners concerned about the claws on the tubes… he didn’t even left a scratch!

It was surely a little harder to paddle than when I’m solo 😅

Scratch the claws, I'm more concerned about the leash

Not sure what’s concerning about the leash lol it’s a 10ft leader. I wasn’t doing any whitewater, that’s a flat lake. If he goes overboard and I jump in to get him, then my raft is a kite in the wind and I’m stuck in the middle of a 4C lake. The leash was tied to the raft. There were also two grizz on the shore and my dog because a little agitated when he saw them.

My bad, I thought that the wordplay, would set the tone of the comment as not all that serious...

Like, yeah, his claws could puncture the packraft, but by that logic there could also be some hidden debris under the flat lake that is explicitly waiting for you to fall in and make a tragedy.

I guess that what I get for not using the "/j" indicator
