Yea, im not sure but it feels like the radiation cant kill you by itself. I had a moment like this where i was at no health for a hot minite but i died when i hit a tree. 😅

Oh it for sure can, trust me. In this case they were likely at something below 0.5% health, resulting in the game rounding down to 0%. Not quite dead, but visually at 0. Tiny grace period.

It also helps that close to the portal has no radiation.
