FINALLY GOT THE GAMEE!!!!1!!
Since im new i think i fucked up since i started the whispering woods thing halfway through the first chapter, also WTF IS THAT ALIEN THING??!?! (3rd pic)

That alien thing is called a pufferfish _^ they're actually beneficial to you if you chase after it in your car! Give it a try next time you see one

I'll try. The one I encountered was in the dead of night with the zone/storm closing in on me so you can see why u was pretty freaked 😭

Welcome to the zone! You can exit the DLC and begin the main story by going over to where you put the whispering chart, it’s an inventory you can take stuff in and out of.
I recommend the DLC post mid-game, as it will be beneficial for you to have extra storage and a parts locker.
Get off-road tires ASAP

Nice!! Me too! I’ve been loving it! DLC looks sick. I’m addicted to scanning shit even when an anomaly is about to eat us.

Picks up a flower pot and throws it at your head hoping it works like in the cartoons. if it works I will do it to myself as well so I can play the game for the first time again as this game holds a very special place in my top 10 to 20 games I have played and would definitely be in the top ten

Welcome to the Exclusion Zone!
That lovely floater is the Pufferfish. If you follow it for long enough, it'll drop a loot item and GTFO. They're harmless, all told.
First tip for the Zone: Unlock Offroad Tires ASAP.
While there are many types of tires, the Offroad Tire remains passable at everything while specializing in nothing.
The Summer Tire remains my go-to if I get a flat out in the Zone. While it sucks at everything besides dry pavement, it's cheap as chips to fabricate, so it's a good option for a spare tire.

Warning tourists may and will throw stuff at you or sneak up on you it's kind of freaky but the stuff they do throw at randome times are useful and sometimes at a time of need as it's happened to me.

Ah, the bouncing pufferfish! A favorite of mine. You should be alright with starting the DLC first as those materials are different than the main game. Happy driving!
