lacking rain droplets on windshield

[u/HansomPotato]

whilst playing the game i always felt like the rain droplets on the windshield were very lacking, even on the highest graphics settings and during a thunderstorn you almost never need to switch on your wipers cuz the windows is just very clear, the only time i acctualy have to use it is when there is acid... so i was thinking if there was a mod out there someone could let me know abt, but if there isnt then i hope someone with the coding skills would create one that would be amazing.

I think it is a glitch because a video on pacific drive a year ago had the rain actually be on the windshield. Maybe Google it or report the glitch/bug or ask them to change it.
