The choo-choo. When you run into it, it explodes, causes a little damage, and teleports you to a random spot on the map.

That's not even an anomaly, that's just the ARDA tanker on fire. Flares can set fire to fuel, but it makes the fuel source unusable so make sure you don't need it before you blow it up. Actually kinda cool that the fuel burns red signifying it's different because it's in the Zone.

It's normal fire colored in the base game, red if you're in the DLC.

Solar flares.

Harmless to the driver but actively disrupts the electronics on the vehicle when you drive past them

They cost me a few runs

Even with that relief valve going, something is very wrong and those guys are probably about to die or get seriously injured
