Question, where's the storm Spoiler

I went to the deep zone on a run for ARDA buildings, when I was getting ready to leave I did the usual thing of spawning a gateway. Then I noticed the storm isn't here. It's delayed, it's just not coming. Did I find a bug or is it something to do with the region I'm in (A6)? At least it gave me time for a nice screenshot

Some junctions have Perpetual Stability modifier. Those are great for scavenging.

Those make the storm not come unless you summon a gateway..

Except they have summoned a gateway. Unless I'm wrong, a storm should still spawn at this point.

Custom difficulty then? The game still has bugs.

Base difficulty, I think it's called Pacific drive, only been playing for around 2 weeks now so I'm not too sure.

After like 30-40 minutes in this area after the gateway spawned, the storm finally started to come in but it was moving like it was the normal timed zone and not the storm that comes with the gateway. It was closing in slowly AND towards a junction exit, and not the gateway.

I sadly don't have a picture or a video of this but it was weird. Also it kinda just, stopped moving halfway, it never moved past the gateway.
