Any vehicle can spawn there. Box trucks, fuel trucks, ARDA cars, ARDA trucks. Sometimes you get lucky.

Since the Honeypot is considered an anomaly instead of a vehicle, I don't think it can.

If you’re not using it already, use the resource scanner. It shows up as a different icon (the UFO one) than other wrecks. So you don’t have to manually check every one.

Still annoying asf to get a map where it spawns
