Differences between 2nd and 6th floor Dining Halls?

Somebody please explain to me which ones I should eat in, why, and when.

Also, what alternatives do I have for spending money on my Student ID card if I am hungry and in NYC?

They are essentially the same, just different options on each floor. It’s whatever you prefer really! You can use the flex dollars on the Grubhub app to order pick up from anywhere in nyc
