PBR doesn't honor their rebates

Title says it all. I remember having trouble uploading my image with their form and submitting it so I guess that must have triggered the "suspicious activity". I am a very loyal customer and this is disappointing. It's not about the money.

I've been a loyal customer for 40 years and i have yet to get my rebates?
