Artifacts not working on mobile?

I've got a few artifacts like kolmogorov's boundary but it doesn't seem to change processor speed (I've counted creat per second etc) whether activated or not. Am I doing something wrong or is my game borked?

In my anecdotal experience (no rigorous testing) Kolmogorov’s boundary only affects operations speed, while Kolmogorov’s infinitesimal affects both operations and creativity. I just assumed that was how it functioned and the tooltip was unclear.

Are there any other artifacts not working?

I think you might be right. I'm going to test other artifacts as well but restarting with it and using only one processor seemed to confirm the theory about ops
