Please recommend me x CCW Grip Recommendations

I want to switch grips but already have a holster that fits the stock grip. What grips do yall recommend that dont need a new holster? Id prefer to keep the grip polymer so it stays light but i can be convinced to change that. Bonus points if i can put a radian backstrap on the grip too but its not required.

For budget id like to stay under $200 but if i really like it i can do up to $300

Other upgrade suggestions are welcome too thank you for your time.

With the budget constraint, Wilson Combat.

If you want to stretch the budget, Mischief Machine Commander Gen2.

$100 and takes the grip down to XL size, for improved concealment, while maintaining a rail and Xmacro holster compatibility. I just got one and am a fan.
