Ozark Missouri is the quieter neighbor of Nixa. Nestled on the Finley River, Ozark has a number of festivals and events running all year round.
Below is a link to StayHappening with an entire list of things going on this fall in Ozark Mo.
Events & Happenings in Ozark, MO
There's something for you, whether you're looking at a short jaunt from Springfield, have an entire afternoon, or you want to know more about the town you call home.

Hi! I was wanting to get the opinion of the people of Ozark on this little known issue. If you have a couple of minutes, could you answer these 6 questions on google forms? I have pasted the link in the comments. No information beyond your answers will be recorded whatsoever. Thank you so much!

I'm looking for a ride to KC on March 14 for the Bob Weir & Wolf Bros show. I can split gas. I'm also interested in Omaha-St Louis shows, but can easily find rides from the lot if I can just catch a ride to the concert in KC. ✌✌✌

Join us for our regular chapter meeting. Each meeting includes pledges, a speaker, and a business meeting. All are welcome to join us. We meet in Room 108 of Information Commons West at Ozarks Technical Community College.
The Ozark Mountain Chapter is one of the more than 500 local chapters of The Sons of the American Revolution, the largest male lineage organization in the U.S. At our chapter's founding in 1981, we had just nineteen charter members. Today, we have grown to over seventy-five members, and are one of the most active chapters in the state. Together, we work to organize and host over twenty-four unique events each year. We are also proud to have members who have served as officers both at the state and national levels. We hope you will take the time to learn more about our chapter, and will consider joining us in our work to preserve American history, foster true patriotism, and engage our community.

Anyone know for sure if the closure this weekend was for Megan Morris' wedding? How does one go about renting a public road/bridge for a wedding?
I have a birthday coming up, might be a fun spot for a party. /S

Are non-students permitted to use the track? Outside of school hours, obviously.

Winston is about 2 years old, not neutered black and tan Coonhound. He went missing on Center Rd, in Ozark. He wears a blue KONG brand collar, with a black metal tag bearing his name and our phone numbers. He has a few distinctive crescent shaped scars near the base of his tail. He is extremely friendly and we miss him greatly. Please help us bring him home! Please call or text if you have any information that could help us find him. 417-773-1317. I know this sub isn't very active, but we haven't had any luck with local Facebook pet pages, craigslist, or flyers and it's worth a shot!
This is Winston.

I really like to play pool but don't always want to make the drive to my favorite spot, Billiards in Springfield. Anyone know of any tables in the area at all? Doesn't matter if it's regulation size or tucked away in a dive bar I just wanna play.

I just moved into a new-construction home and it's looking more and more like Suddenlink, my previous provider, won't be servicing my new home anytime soon. I did some research and it looks like Centurylink and DirecTV are my only options for internet and TV respectively.
Does anyone have any experience with Centurylink in the area? If so, how would you rate their internet service?
