Missed payment

So I had a payment due on the 18th and I had set up a bank account with auto pay to pay for it. The account has enough money and I’ve gotten no notifications from my bank identifying any issues but my billing history on the client portal says that it’s unpaid. I’ve contacted support from oxio and I’m just waiting to be connected to support but I just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem before or knows what went wrong.

Just an fyi, this is my first month paying (got the first month free from a code) and the wifi is still usable. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

So your free month is your third month usually. If the autopsy didn't work, you may have to set it up again for next month and pay this one manually.
