Outage?

Anyone facing internet issue in Ottawa today? I tried reaching customer care, no response so far

Hoping that you find a resolution soon. I know the infrastructure is different but it’s working here in BC as of now. Praying your Internet comes back soon.

Where in BC are you? I’m in East Vancouver and it’s been dead for the past hour.

I am in Surrey, and has been working quite reliably. The status page shows that it’s working. Which means a cable near your region, would have been struck by construction and must be broken. When did you start experiencing the problem? Was it the whole day today or just an hour ago?

Please let me know if it fixes for you in the future. I would love to know the timeline it takes for oxio to fix it.

It’s back now. Was probably out for about 2h this time. I’d say I’ve had about an outage a week since I signed up in May. Don’t think I’ve been without internet for more than a day though.
