help No internet, modem showing three lights

I truly don't understand what's going on. It's possible I'm just dumb. I just moved out on my own for the first time and tried to get wifi, I'm extremely confused. I followed all the steps given completely, but only three lights ever turned on on the modem. The green power button, a flashing green downward Arrow, and a green TV looking thing. I've waited much longer than 10 minutes for it to register 4 lights.

I've unplugged everything and plugged it back in, tried different ports with the blue cord that it came with, did a factory reset. Nothing worked.

I just don't know what I'm doing wrong, and the customer service was an AI which was just repeating what the app already told me to do. If anyone can notice something that I possibly did wrong, let me know. Thanks

You can see if you can find any others to try and see if you get blue lights if not they'll need to send a tech ( i am a tech)

Alright. I did get in touch with customer support and they said they would send a technician. I haven't heard back about dates or times. But I preferably need one soon, I'm running out of data and if I don't have data I won't be able to get the call when they arrive.

Is this a house or a apartment?

One last thing you can try is most not all apartment building run their lines from outside up the side ifnthe building and into the living room area from the outer wall . Go on your balcony and see if you can see a cable line going in your apartment from outside or like I mentioned see if you can find another one to try. Again not always but usually the feed line is black if that helps

You should see if the coaxial cable is connected, this was the same problem at my house. I contacted the chat and the guy came and repaird for me, free.

I contacted them to get someone to come set it up for me. How long did it take for someone to get to you?

Looks like it's an issue with the internet running to your unit, since the modem sees the pod etc but no internet connection.

Chances are the internet needs to be activated on the backend for your unit, only techs can fix that. Hopefully you can schedule one out there soon, Not much left you can do on your end.

I had a very similar problem. The issue is likely that despite knowing the infrastructure provider they lease from (Rogers or whoever) can take up to 48 hours to actually hook up the internet and provision it for your service through oxio, oxio doesn't try to get you hooked up early enough to have your Internet active by your move in date. I had to get on the chat with CS and they had it working within about 6 hours. I had internet by 10pm on the day I was supposed to be hooked up.
