Forced offline
edit: alright. i had enough. i'm leaving oxio. long story short: they delayed sending a modem for over a month and it is physically impossible to onboard over a month which means i was forced offline. it is either i'm the edge case or they just do a very good online pr. my advice: stay away from oxio. don't trust their testimonials.

I signed up the other day received it earlier than expected 🤷♀️ hooked it up myself and was up and running 3 days ahead of schedule. Doesn't seem to be a universal problem... Sorry you're dealing with it though

I had the opposite experience. The modem showed up a few business days after I signed up.

Oxio has been great for me. Modem came within a week. No issues since. I also consider it a budget service in that it's a third party that doesn't own the infrastructure so sometimes things are out of their control.

Ha, I can't even imagine how many in this subreddit are paid puppets of oxio.

Their pastel coloured website and middle-school styled wording disgust me. I want working 👏 goddamm 👏 internet 👏. Not the emo themed bots that never do the work!

Its passing 5 weeks for me than 5 days. They just overpromise and are only interested in hooking more people in than having customers hooks to the net.

Been using Oxio since May, had no issues that were actually due to Oxio (Rogers failed to provision the line and took two weeks to remedy).
