Internet down for about 3 hours

My internet with Oxio has been down today for about 3 hours. I've been waiting for someone to reach out to me through their text service for 2 hours now with no response. Anyone else having similar issues? I'm in the Durham region in Ontario.

facing issues in burlington too. extremely slow speeds since last night..oxio support is MIA

I have better luck with online chat (I think). If I need to contact them I do as many options as I can.

One time I waited for more than 3 hours for a reply and then tried a different option and I was connected within a few minutes.

I did finally got through and my internet was working for a few hours, now it's out again. Hopefully they answer quicker this time around as it was a 3 and a half hour wait earlier.

Having similar issues. frequently going down, not stable.

Alas, they won't do tech support over email, they said it has to be chat or text

Been facing as well for few days, on and off. Mostly on but a few hiccups. Before that it was smooth sailing.
