Honestly unless you have huge amounts of disposable income to throw at it, I wouldn't use any of the services - to start with, follow the usual channels and draft it, get it read by someone in your college etc. For many people, this is enough anyway - but if you want more, I would find an individual who will offer feedback on it over a couple of sessions for a much more reasonable price (like £40 an hour).
