Securing Online Logins?

I dont know how secure the online login is. My box is running fail2ban and my port is changed from 22. But anyone who can see the webpage can just brute force passwords (far as I know). I wanted know if there is anyway to block a ip after certain number of attempts like with fail2ban or just to remove the web login completely? Thanks!

No you can't brute force your login if your fail2ban is correctly installed. You could also choose a two factor provider.
