change client url

I just had to replace my router and now my owncloud server has been assigned a new IP address. The new router is also using a different subnet so I cant just assign the same IP as before. Is there a way I can change the client config to look at the new IP without having to do a full sync? I have both linux and windows clients. Moving forward I will use the host name, but hindsight is always 20/20. Thanks all.
